30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vultik watch purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include the proof of purchase with your return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service by emailing us at vultikwatches@gmail.com to request a Shipping Label.

2. Please return the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely packed in the same box as the one from the original shipment. Affix the provided label to the exterior of the box, indicating the correct shipping service.

3. Ship the item, along with the proof of purchase, to the return address provided.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
